You can walk into just about any restaurant and tell the cook what you want. Then you sit down and wait for them to serve you bread, ayran (a mixture of yogurt, salt, and water), and maybe they'll offer you some soup. In the photo here you can see various types of kebaps.

Hi
I was searching for articles on how to cook rice when I came across Turkish Restaurant Menu, which is a bit weird really. I've enjoyed the experience but I'm not at all sure I've found what I'm looking for :0)
Just thought I'd say hello.

Hello nicole
And G'day from Downunder. I was hunting around the web for stuff on how to cook chicken when I came across Turkish Restaurant Menu. It's just amazing what these searches turn up. I'm not sure I'm finding what I need, but I'm having a lot of fun. Have a great day!

Hi nicole
I never realised that so many blogs would show up if I did a search on something like how to cook cabbage. I'm still not sure how well Turkish Restaurant Menu falls into that category, but I've enjoyed visiting :0) Adios Amigo.
